soluz architects and cube architects are collaborating to redevelope 'de overkant' a 30,000 square meter former stork factory located in amsterdam, netherlands. commissioned by eigen haard the project is situated in one of the most beautiful spots in the city, the ij. the aim is to realize an industrial location with prominent character where different creative companies, restaurants, events, and culture will find their place over the next 15 years.
